River levels are falling. The river level at Blountstown is just under 20 feet today. The river is expected to fall to about 16 and a half feet by Saturday.
Flood stage for the Apalachicola River is 15 feet. River levels are not expected to fall below 15 feet until next week.
All people with interests along the river should continue to monitor the latest forecasts. Do not walk or drive cars through flooded areas.
