St. Joe Bay Humane Society Pet of the Week
Casper is a 4 year old American Pitbull Terrier. He is a very special boy and the biggest lovebug! We believe Casper was used as a bait dog. He is mostly blind and heartworm positive so he will need a little extra love, patience and care. Casper has had a very hard life and would love nothing more than to find his forever home. Come by the shelter to meet Casper and all of his friends!
