The Franklin County School student body has chosen its Mr. and Miss FCHS for the 2021-2022 school year.
Miss FCHS is Myia Mackenzie Maxwell and Mr. FCHS is William Hunter Duval.
Myia is the daughter of Jimmy and Michele Maxwell.
She is a member of the National Beta Club, a Vice President of the National Honor Society, and a member of the varsity volleyball team on which she has played for 6 years.
Myia’s future plans include finishing her AA degree over the summer and then obtaining her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
Hunter is the son of Craig Duval and Andrea Pendleton.
He is a member of the National Honor Society and has been a member of the football team for 4 years, track and field for 3 years, soccer for 2 years, weight lifting for 1 year, and has been hunting and fishing his entire life.
His future plans include going to college and becoming a walk-on track athlete at Tallahassee Community College.
