 Weems Memorial Hospital recently received a 6000 dollar donation from the George E. Weems Memorial Healthcare Foundation.

The money is earmarked to purchase Personal Protective equipment for the Hospital, its Clinics and Emergency medical crews as part of their plan to treat patients during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The George E. Weems Memorial Healthcare Foundation was formed in 2009.

Their purpose is to provide charitable, medical, scientific, educational and research aid to our local hospital.
