Carrabelle will hold its 20th annual Riverfront Festival this weekend.
The popular festival runs from 10 till 6 on Saturday and 10 till 4 on Sunday on Marine Street along the Carrabelle River.
Live music this year includes the Forgotten Coast Band. You may want to bring your dog or iguana with you on Saturday for the pet parade at 10:30, and there will be a fishy fashion show at 11:30. The group Sand Odyssey is returning this year with to create another one of a kind sand sculpture.
And there will be an entire area just for kids with Coo Coo the clown, the Big Bend Bird Club, a "pirate's treasure hunt," hands-on animal demonstrations by the Florida Wild Mammal Association and the "touch tanks" from the FSU Marine Lab.
And of course there will be plenty of arts and crafts and food of all kinds. Admission is free.
