Admiral Thad Allen Issues Directive to BP on Procedures Required Prior to Completion of Relief Well and Bottom Kill

Today National Incident Commander Admiral Thad Allen issued a directive to BP to ensure that the proper protocols are in place before the final authorization for completion of the relief well and bottom kill.
