Other events this weekend include a Dog Days of Summer Pet Celebration at the Coombs House Inn and a tribute to Patsy Cline at the Dixie Theatre. On Aug. 14,  you can wet a line during the 2nd Annual Franklin County Sheriff's Department Fishing Tournament. On that same day, don't miss Elvis at the Dixie Theatre.
