Local oysters got some air time on the Martha Stewart show this week.
Chef Chris Hastings who owns the Hot and Hot Fish Club in Birmingham was on the show on Tuesday where he talked about heritage turkey and oyster dressing made with Franklin County’s own 13 Mile Brand Oysters.
The clip will be available for viewing on the internet next Monday – the recipes, however are already on-line..
