CHRISTMAS
IN EGYPT
A Children’s Musical
Long Avenue Baptist Church
1601 Long Avenue
Sunday, December 12th
6:00 PM
Many details of the Christmas Story we know as fact from the Bible, but there are a few details about the early years of Jesus’ life that are not clearly given.  For instance, we know that shortly after Christ’s birth His family had to flee to Egypt to escape Herod. What we don’t know is what Jesus’ life was like in Egypt for those few years. For example, did Jesus’ family befriend their Egyptian neighbors? Did the Egyptian children come to His birthday party? Were lives changed by His presence in Egypt?
Long Avenue Baptist Church invites you to come hear our Children’s Choir explore some of these “What ifs?” in the Christmas musical Christmas in Egypt. We’d love to have you as our guest in the exploration of the way Jesus changed lives over 2000 years ago and the way that Jesus is still impacting and changing lives today. Please join us on Sunday, December 12th at 6:00 pm for this musical performance.
