Great news for Parents! Project Impact is hosting a Christmas Holiday Camp on Monday and
Tuesday to channel all that Christmas excitement into fun activities. Students will have a visit
from the Panama City ZooWorld on Monday morning with exotic animals, and a very special
visit by Mrs. Claus for storytelling, and gift giving in the afternoon. There’ll be performance by
the Project Impact Bucket Brigade and Rhythm Band and caroling by the Student Chorus. In
addition there will be prizes, sports, games, pottery classes, cooking classes, and lots of crafts for
last minute gift making. On Tuesday there will be a special Junior DJ Class for the teens by a
professional DJ followed by a Student Dance Party where the teen DJ’s will get to practice their
new skills. The program will open at 8:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM on Monday and 5:00 PM
on Tuesday, and is open for students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Let’s get the kids out of
house and keep them busy while they’re waiting for Santa to arrive.
This program is open free of charge through Project Impact at the City Municipal Complex
located at the former Apalachicola High School on 14th Street. Please bring a sack lunch.
If you are not already enrolled for Project Impact, you can pre-register your child at
www.projectimpactfcs.org or you can register when you drop them off on Monday. Enter the
Complex from Ave. L. Please come for a safe and fun-filled Christmas-time break! Call 370-
0145 for more information and Merry Christmas from all the kids at Project Impact!
