• We will deliver the cookies to offices the week of Feb 14
• Payment due upon delivery
• We are also accepting donations of $3.50 to send cookies to the troops overseas who are deployed from Tyndall AFB. Any company or individual that donates will be recognized to the troops and Tyndall AFB. They will also receive a certificate for participating in the Gift of Caring program. No limit on the number of boxes donated.

Dr. Frank May, a dentist in Port St. Joe, and his staff will be offering free dental care for those in need of treatment on Monday, February 14th, 2011. This program is for the truly needy of the community. To schedule an appointment you will need to send or bring by a letter to Dr. May's office at 319 Williams Ave., in Port St. Joe. The letter should give a brief description of your dental needs, and should include a phone number where Dr. May's office can reach you. No Phone calls please. Dr. May's office hopes to provide dental services to 40 patients on Valentine's Day. You are invited to attend the Volunteer Kickoff/Appreciation Gathering for the 2011 America's Great Plein Air Paint-out.

Sacred Heart Offers New Yoga Programs to the Community
Sacred Heart Hospital on the Gulf is providing a six week yoga program on Mondays beginning January 24th for the public at no charge. The classes are part of the Arts In Medicine program, being offered in conjunction with the University of Florida and Shands Hospital with funding provided by the Kresge Foundation.
Cass Allen, a certified yoga instructor, will present the classes at Sacred Heart Hospital's Conference Room on Mondays. The classes are offered at 5:30 and 6:45pm and last approximately an hour. The early class will be "chair yoga", a gentle form of yoga that utilizes chairs for poses and support. The 6:45 class will be traditional practice. For more information or to register for this free program, please call (850) 229-5627. Space is limited and each class will fill up quickly. Beginners are welcome.
As part of the Sacred Heart Arts In Medicine Series, this program is offered along with other art based programs which features performing, meditative and visual arts as a means to promote healthcare in our community.
