Franklin County hosts girls and boys district basketball tournaments

There will be plenty of High School basketball at the Franklin County School over the next two weeks.

Franklin County is hosting both the boys and girls District 3 Class 2A tournaments.

The games actually started on Tuesday when the Franklin County girls played Wewahitchka.

The girl’s tournament will end with the championship game on Saturday.

The boys’ varsity team will play one game this week that on Thursday and its Senior Night against Florida High.

The Boys district tournament will kick off on Tuesday, February the 8^th and end with the championship game on Saturday, February 12^th.

Tuesday Feb 1 - Franklin County vs. Wewa (Girls) 6 pm
Thursday Feb 3 - Franklin County vs. Florida High (Boys) 6 pm
Friday Feb 4 - West Gadsen vs. Winner of FC/Wewa (Girls) 6 pm
                     Port St. Joe vs Liberty County (Girls) 7:30 pm
Saturday Feb 5 - Girls District Championship Game

Tuesday Feb 8 - Wewa vs Liberty County (Boys) 6 pm
Friday Feb 11 - Port St. Joe vs Winner of Wewa/LC  6 pm
                      Franklin County vs. West Gadsden 7:30 pm
Saturday Feb 12 - Boys District Championship Game
