Missing Endangered Adult Jennifer Casey Norred 31 years old, 5'3", 115 pounds, black hair, brown eyes The Tallahassee Police Department's Special Victims Unit is seeking information on the location of Ms. Norred. Norred was last seen on 1/24/12 at approximately 6:00 pm on Yancey Road. Norred should be in a red 2001 Mazda 626, 4 door vehicle, with a Florida License Plate of #C904HH. There is a concern for her welfare due to issues relating to her mental health.
