AD and Head Football Coach Josh Wright is pleased to announce that
Franklin County football standout Dalin Modican (WR) signed his
National Letter of Intent and Scholarship award to play football for the
Florida Tech Panthers in front of his friends and family gathered inside the
newly opened Multi-Purpose building at Franklin Schools. Florida Tech
is Division II program located in Melbourne, Florida and is a member of the
