OF PANAMA CITY FL. STORM MOTION WAS NEARLY STATIONARY WITH A MIN
CNTL PRESSURE OF 993 MILLIBARS. STORM INTENSITY WAS 50 MPH.

TROPICAL STORM DEBBY`S SLOW MOVEMENT & POSSIBLE REORGANIZATION
WILL CONTINUE TO THREATEN THE AREA THROUGH MID-WEEK. THE PRIMARY

OF APALACHICOLA TO THE SUWANNEE RIVER. WINDS & INLAND FLOODING
