110 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF TALLAHASSEE FL.OR ABOUT 80 MILES
SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF PANAMA CITY FL. STORM MOTION WAS STATIONARY
MIN CNTL PRESSURE. STORM INTENSITY WAS 45 MPH.

.SITUATION OVERVIEW.
TROPICAL STORM DEBBY CONTINUES TO MOVE VERY SLOWLY OFF TO THE
NORTHEAST ACROSS THE NORTHEASTERN GULF OF MEXICO. THIS SLOW
MOVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM WILL LEAD TO A LONG DURATION OF HEAVY RAIN
AND COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS FOR AREAS OF APALACHEE BAY. SIGNIFICANT
FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN PORTIONS OF THE FL BIG BEND.

AND ONE HALF FOOT ABOVE GROUND LEVEL.PRIMARILY IN GULF COUNTY
AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR GULF COUNTY. LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH DEBBY. GULF COUNTY CAN EXPECT AS
MUCH AS 5 TO 7 INCHES THROUGH TUES WITH SIGNIFICANTLY LWR
VALUES OCCURRING FURTHER WESTWARD ACROSS BAY & WALTON COUNTY.
