Tropical Storm Isaac is becoming better organized across the Central
Caribbean.
Model tracks are indicating an increasing threat from Isaac to the
Florida Panhandle or Big Bend Region.
The intensity forecast is highly uncertain and depends on how much
interaction Isaac has with Cuba.
At this time, our primary concern is heavy rainfall ***Forward motion at
time of landfall is 12 mph. This equates to a widespread rainfall total of 8
to 12 inches with isolated higher totals in excess of 15 inches.
