Flags at Half Staff for Chief Warrant Officer Two Michael S. Duskin

Chief Warrant Officer Two Michael S. Duskin, of Orange Park, Florida, died on October 23, 2012, in Wardak Province, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  Chief Warrant Officer Two Duskin was assigned to A Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. 

By virtue of the power and authority vested in me by 4 U.S.C. § 7(m), as amended on June 29, 2007, and the laws and Constitution of the State of Florida, I, Governor Rick Scott, hereby proclaim and direct as follows:

1.      All National and State flags shall be flown at half-staff at the County Courthouse of Clay County, Florida, and at the Town Hall of Orange Park, Florida, on Saturday, November 3, 2012, in honor of Chief Warrant Officer Two Michael S. Duskin.

  1. The National and State flags at the Capitol in Tallahassee, Florida, shall also be flown at half-staff on Saturday, November 3, 2012, in honor of Chief Warrant Officer Two Michael S. Duskin.
