Arrest made in Apalachicola death

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office, with the assistance of the Florida Department of Law

Enforcement, arrested Sandra Anne Loudermilk-Conkel, 46, of Apalachicola, on charges of first

degree murder in connection with the death of her mother, 68-year-old Cynthia Green.




Loudermilk-Conkel was arrested without incident this afternoon at her residence in

Apalachicola. She is being held without bond.




The investigation is on-going. Office of the State Attorney, 2nd Judicial Circuit will prosecute

this case.
