Phone solicitations top list of consumer complaints

People soliciting contributions over the phone topped the list of consumer complaints in Florida in November.

Every month the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services releases a list of the top three complaints made by consumers in the Sunshine State and almost every month telemarketers top the list.

Last month is was people asking for Contributions followed by Motor Vehicle Repairs and then landlord/tenant issues.

In total, more than 12,200 complaints were filed by consumers in November.
