Georgia woman killed in Liberty County crash

A 43 year old woman from Hahira, Georgia was killed in a 2 vehicle accident in Liberty County on Tuesday.

The Highway patrol said Tina Robinette Crosby was killed Sunday when her 2009 Hyundai Elantra was hit by a 2005 GMC pickup driven by Michael T. Jones of Newberry, Florida.

Miss Crosby was northbound on State Road 12 at about 5 o’clock Sunday afternoon when mister Jones southbound truck traveled across the center line.

The two vehicles collided head on. Mister Jones was seriously injured in the accident and taken to Tallahassee memorial Hospital.

The Highway Patrol said they do not yet know if alcohol was involved and charges are pending the completion of the investigation.
