Apalachicola seeks volunteers for advisory boards

The City of Apalachicola is looking for volunteers to serve on its community redevelopment agency and waterfront advisory board.

Volunteers should have an interest in the preservation and enhancement of Apalachicola's historical, architectural and working waterfront characteristics.

The city needs to fill three vacancies on the Community Redevelopment Agency in seats representing: Resident At-Large, Business Owner located in C-1 zoned area, and Business Owner located in C-2 zoned area.

It also needs to fill one vacancy on the Waterfronts Advisory Board in the seat representing: Resident At-Large.

Appointments are made by the Apalachicola City Commission.
