One of our favorite fishing tournaments is this weekend in Carrabelle! The 10th Annual Kingfish Shootoout at C-Quarters Marina-great benefit for the Leukemia Society! They have raised over $665,000 in the past nine years for this worthwhile cause. The guaranteed payout will be $16,500 for ten places. You can win $5,000 for the biggest kingfish. Join Capital Health Plan on Friday, August 2nd or Friday, August 16th, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. as Dr. Damon Underwood gives an Introduction to the Skin & Wound Care Center of Capital Health Plan. Dr. Underwood is a Family Medicine physician within the Physician Group of Capital Health Plan.
The event will be held at the CHP Governor’s Square Health Center, 1491 Governor’s Square Blvd.,Tallahassee, Florida.
The Savvy Senior is a lunch and learn program for individuals who want to learn more about creating and maintaining healthy, happy, and active lifestyles. There is no charge; just bring your lunch. Drinks will be provided.
