CHILL ADVISORY.WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM EST /1 AM CST/ TO 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ WEDNESDAY.

* WIND CHILLS: AS LOW AS 14 TO 20 DEGREES.


* TIMING: COLDEST WIND CHILLS BETWEEN 
5 AM & 8 AM EST.

* IMPACTS: LIMIT TIME OUTDOORS & DRESS IN WARM LAYERS OF CLOTHING. WIND CHILLS WILL BE DANGEROUSLY LOW FOR OUTDOOR PETS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR & STRONG WINDS WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE & LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS.MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES.
