Public meeting to discuss Hwy 98/ Crawfordville Highway intersection realignment today in medart

The Florida Department of Transportation will host a public information meeting this afternoon to discuss a project that could affect most people driving to Crawfordville.

DOT is planning a realignment and improvements to the intersection of Crawfordville Highway and Highway 98 continuing to north of Alaska Way.

The intent of this project is to realign the intersection and add sidewalks and bicycle lanes along both sides of Crawfordville Highway.

The meeting is today at 5 at the Medart Assembly of God Fellowship Hal.

People will be able to preview maps and documents, ask questions and provide comments concerning the project.
