Franklin
county Commissioners have will a full agenda when they meet Tuesday in
Apalachicola.
Cal Knickerbocker from the
Florida Department of Agriculture will discuss oyster industry issues with the
board including some possible changes to summer oyster harvesting rules.
The Commission will also hear a
request from Larry Hale on placing a veteran’s home in Franklin County, and the
group Students Working Against Tobacco will make a presentation.
The board will open
qualifications from companies interested in building a sidewalk along Bayshore
Drive in Eastpoint and hold a public hearing to apply for a Community
Development Block Grant.
