Gulf Council to Convene its Standing and Special Reef Fish 
Scientific and Statistical Committees 
  
The Gulf of Mexico  Fishery Management Council will convene a Webinar meeting of its Standing and Special Reef Fish Scientific and Statistical  Committees (SSC) Thursday, February 19, 2015, from 2:00 am until 4:00 pm eastern time. 

The SSC will review the provisional 2014 red snapper estimates and the red snapper Acceptable Biological Catch recommendation.

Meeting materials will be posted on the Council FTP site at https://public.gulfcouncil.org:5001/webman/index.cgi - username and password are both gulfguest. Materials can be found in the "SSC meeting-2015-02 webinar"  folder.

About Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council
The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council is one of eight regional Fishery Management Councils established by the Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 1976. The Council prepares fishery management plans, which are designed to manage fishery resources within the 200-mile limit of the Gulf of Mexico.
