RE:                  Flags at Half-Staff to Mourn Victims in Paris Terror Attacks

Florida joins all Americans in mourning the more than 120 innocent people who lost their lives and the more than 350 people who were wounded in the terrorist attacks in and 
around Paris, France on November 13, 2015. In honor of all those affected by this massacre, I hereby direct the flags of the United States of America and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local and State buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida beginning immediately until sunset on Sunday, November 22, 2015.

GOVERNOR RICK SCOTT DIRECTS FLAGS TO BE FLOWN AT HALF STAFF TO MOURN VICTIMS IN PARIS TERROR ATTACKS

WHEREAS, terrorist attacks in and around Paris, France on November 13, 2015 took the lives of more than 120 people and wounded over 350; and

WHEREAS, my wife, Ann, and I are deeply saddened by these cowardly attacks on innocent people and we offer our thoughts, prayers and condolences to the victims and all those affected by this massacre; and

WHEREAS, we join all Americans to mourn with our French allies and stand in unity to condemn these acts of terror.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Rick Scott, Governor of the State of Florida, do hereby direct the flags of the United States of America and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local and State buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida beginning immediately until sunset on Sunday, November 22, 2015.
