Smithsonian traveling exhibit coming to Apalachicola

The Smithsonian’s traveling exhibit “The Way We Worked” will be hosted at the Apalachicola Museum of Art from January 28 to March 10. The exhibit honors American Workers and the relationship between our lives and our work. Museum hours will be Wednesday through Sunday from 1-5PM. Thursdays forums will be hosted 5:30 – 7PM, with topics on our future, our past, education, work and career outlooks in Franklin County. Children’s groups will take field trips to the exhibit. Local images of our traditional workers will be displayed. Co-hosted by the Apalachicola Municipal Library, you can check the library’s Facebook page for forum schedules.
