CQED committee in
partnership with the Apalachicola museum will be
sponsoring a school superintendent candidate forum this coming Thursday,
February 18. It is from 530 to 7 o'clock and the location is the
Apalachicola museum of Art, 96 Fifth St.
The candidates will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and discuss
their qualifications for this extremely important job. There will be a
question and answer session and then the audience will have an opportunity
to talk with the candidates one on one. Resumes for all of the candidates
will be available.
One of these 6 candidates will be our next school superintendent that makes
over $100,000 a year, controls a $23 million budget, and manages 200+
employees.
