The Franklin County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Task force has been receiving information and conducting investigations into the illegal possession, sale, use and manufacture of illegal drugs in our community.
On the 10th day of February, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office obtained a search warrant for the premises of Lisa Dunkley residing at 125 22nd Avenue in Apalachicola, Florida.
Upon the Sheriff's Office Narcotics Task Force and additional Deputy's serving the search warrant during the early morning hours of February 11, 2016, evidence was gathered from the residence to include methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia for the consumption and sale of illegal substances.
During the search there were two subjects present who were in constructive possession of all of the illegal items. The two individuals arrested were Lisa Dunkley and George Ward. The subjects are each being held on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell (Methamphetamine), Possession of a Controlled Substance (cannabis), Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The individuals will be held in the Franklin County Jail until First Appearance before a Judge or further order of the courts.
