Carrabelle library will remember long-time educator with bench

            A new bench will be placed at the Carrabelle branch of the Franklin County Public Library in honor of Miss Carol Davis.

Ms. Davis, was a long time Carrabelle resident and teacher and educated children at Chapman Elementary, Carrabelle High School and the Franklin County School during her forty year career.

Ms Davis' family requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Carrabelle Branch of Franklin County Public Library and those donations are being used for a 6 foot outdoor bench.

The bench will include an inlay that reads, "In Loving Memory-Elizabeth Carol Davis."

The bench will be placed near the front entrance so that everyone who enters the library will have a place to sit down and remember Ms. Davis.
