St. George Island Civic Club to Sponsor Political Forums

The St. George Island Civic Club will hold political forums at 6:00 PM on September 20^th and 21^st upstairs at the Jay Abbott Volunteer Fire House on 324 East Pine Avenue on St. George Island. The SGI Civic Club in a non-political organization and will not endorse any candidate. The Civic Club is sponsoring these forums to allow Island registered votes an opportunity to hear the candidates in advance of the Nov. 8 General Election.  The candidates for Supervisor of Elections, School Superintendent and Clerk of Court will appear on Tuesday , September 20^th and the candidates for Sheriff and County Commissioner, District 1, will appear on Wednesday, September 21.
