This is for female cats only!  No male cats and no dogs.  Friday, Feb 10 is the day OPERATION SPAY BAY is coming to Franklin County to transport.  Must be at the Humane Society (244 hwy 65, Eastpoint, Fl) by 6:00 a.m. and able to pick up the same afternoon around 5:30 pm.  The cost is $20.00 for spay and $10.00 for Rabies vaccine.  All cats 4 months and older must receive a Rabies Vaccine.  Do not call the humane society.  Appts must be made at Operation Spay Bay.  850-814-5711.  Leave message if no one answers.  They will return your call.
