County Commissions have approved a 5000 square foot commercial building on property that once housed a KOA campground in Eastpoint.

The commission this month approved the site plan for the building which will provide 5 commercial units and 27 parking spaces.

People will be able to access the businesses from Highway 98 or from South Bay shore Drive.

The development is being done on one lot in an 8 lot commercial parcel that once held a large KOA campground and swimming pool.
