The
Governor and Cabinet this week recognized a Wakulla County teacher
with the Governor’s SHINE Award.
The
Shine Award is presented to Floridians who have positively helped
Florida students through education.
Kerry
Adams, the fifth-grade math teacher at Shadeville Elementary School,
received the award this week.
Kerry
has been teaching for 12 years.
She
is the 2018 Wakulla County District Teacher of the Year and a
recipient of the 2018 Dr. Brian Dassler Leadership award.
