Gulf County beaches are now open for a few hours every day

Gulf County beaches are now open for a few hours every day.

The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners voted Tuesday to open up county beaches effective immediately.

The beaches will only be open from 6 a.m. until 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

There are no restrictions on what activities you can do at the beaches as long as you stay within the allowed hours of operation.
