Distance learning will continue for remainder of school year
Governor Ron DeSantis announced that all Florida K12 public schools will continue with distance learning for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.
No additional details have been provided at this time, however Superintendent Yoder will continue to work closely with the Department of Education, the Governor’s Office and other agencies as much as possible in serving the needs of all students for the remainder of the school year. I am committed to serving as a resource to our students, staff, and families as we continue to navigate this crisis together.

PanCare Health Providing COVID-19 Testing in Eastpoint
PanCare Health is now providing COVID-19 testing in Eastpoint as well as in Port St. Joe. PanCare Health began conducting COVID-19 testing in Eastpoint on Wednesday, April 15th at 346 Highway 98 across from the Post Office.
To be screened for testing, you first have to contact PanCare's COVID-19 response line team at (850) 215-4181. The Response line is available Monday through Friday from 9 am-4 pm. To qualify for testing, you must exhibit symptoms like a fever of 100.4 degrees or above, cough, and shortness of breath.
Once you call the PanCare COVID-19 response line at (850) 215-4181 there will be a phone screening. If you qualify for testing, you will be assigned a unique ID number and given an appointment date and time. Testing priority will be given to healthcare facility workers who are showing symptoms. The next priority is patients in long-term care facilities with symptoms, patients 65 years of age and older with symptoms, patients with underlying health conditions with symptoms and First responders with symptoms.
