Re-Opening Update
Phase 1 of Florida's Covid-19 Recovery Plan begins Monday, May 3rd.
Here's a Summary:
Retailers will be allowed to open at 25% capacity indoors.
Restaurants will be allowed to open up dining rooms and outdoor seating with restrictions. Indoor seating will be allowed at 25% capacity, and outdoor tables must be separated by at least 6 feet. Bar counters will be closed to seating.
Pubs, bars, and nightclubs that earn 50% or more of their income from alcohol sales will still not be allowed to sell alcohol for consumption in-house.
State parks are set to re-open.
Short-term and vacation rental restrictions remain in effect.
Franklin County beaches will re-open with limited hours from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day.
The governor is asking people to continue to avoid nonessential travel.
