Franklin County Commissioners have given final plat approval to a 16 unit subdivision in Carrabelle.
The development will be called St. George Bay.
It will cover 21 acres with 16 lots over 1 acre each.
4 of the lots will be front Highway 98.
The development was approved unanimously.
