Ribbon Cuttings

 

PhantaSea Day Spa

Wakulla Chamber held a ribbon cutting for PhantaSea Day Spa, Thursday, April 8.
The spa is located at North Pointe Center, 1626 Crawfordville Highway, Unit E.
The spa offers facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures & pedicures (no acrylic or gel nails), eyelash and eyebrow tinting.
Later this summer added services will include microblading and microdermabrasion.
All services are geared toward both male and female clients.
The spa currently has two full service esthiologists, Marjorie Hamilton and Jennifer Carraway, both with a background in nursing. Gabrielle Carraway will join them after graduation this summer.
The spa will be offering monthly specials, and to show their appreciation for all they have been blessed with, every 10th client will receive their service free of charge.

Notice of Public Meeting:
The Wakulla County Recreation Advisory Committee will hold a Public Meeting on April 26, 2021 at 4:00p.m. at the Wakulla County Community Center, 318 Shadeville Rd., Crawfordville, FL 32327.
 
Purpose of Meeting:
To provide feedback to the Board of County Commissioners, County staff and the Recreation Director relating to the recreational programs of the Wakulla County Recreation Department.

The 2021 Miss Wakulla County Scholarship Pageant

will be held Saturday, May 15th, 2021
 
Please note that this years pageant will only be for grades 6th to 12th. We will not be having a Tiny, Little or Young Division. 
 
All applications (Jr. and Miss) are due on April 25th at Orientation.  Bring all completed documents (provided as subsequent pages on application) to Orientation. Contestant Applications will not be accepted without an entry fee; signature of entrant, parent/guardian, and sponsor.  You must email us with your intent. Orientation on April 25th at 2pm at The Property at Sand Lake (104 Sand Lake Road)
 
The entry fee for Miss (grades 9-12) is $75, Jr (grades 6-8) is $50.
 
The winner of the Miss division (grades 9-12) will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
