In Gulf County, we ask you to please keep it wild! We want you to enjoy our natural area as mother nature intended, so when you’re done with your beach day, please do your part by leaving no trace on our beaches. Don’t forget this also means to cover up any holes and knock down any sandcastles. If wild animals can leave no trace, so can you! Want your little artist to celebrate our wild beaches? Now open, our Keep It Wild Art Contest for kids! Get more information at the link below.
Warmer days mean exploring our waterways. Gulf County is surrounded by all different types of waterways. We live our lives on these waters, and they nourish our souls. Over 244 miles of shoreline wind through Gulf County, ranging from clear waters and white sand beaches to tranquil inland passages. However, are you prepared? Here are 12 tips to make sure you are ready to go! Boating in our waterways can be fun, but you must be aware of things like the tide and shallow areas.
With the warmer weather, Gulf County is teeming with all types of events! Music festivals, art shows, and car shows are just some of the different types of events you can expect to enjoy in Gulf County this summer. Check out our events calendar, and find an event to enjoy.
