If you want to learn more about your genealogy, the Franklin County public libraries can now help.
The Franklin County Public Library is now a FamilySearch affiliate library.
FamilySearch is a program through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and is provided free of charge to everyone, regardless of tradition, culture, or religious affiliation.
As an affiliate library, the Franklin County libraries now have access to FamilySearch’s digital genealogical collections that are otherwise accessible only through a FamilySearch family history center.
FamilySearch also provides its affiliates with the latest tools and tips for genealogy reference librarians.
