If you have ever wanted to be a certified BBQ judge, you can get your chance next month.
On January 20th the Florida BBQ Association will hold a Judge Class for anyone interested in becoming a FBA Certified BBQ Judge.
Becoming a judge means you could judge BBQ contests all over the state of Florida including the Butts and Clucks event which is held in January in Apalachicola.
There will be 24 slots in the sign up sheet for the class – though that could expand as we get closer to the event date.
The cost for the Judge’s Seminar is $75.
The judges seminar will take place in Apalachicola on Thursday, January 20th at 5:30 PM.
