New detection method for lethal palm disease saves time, money, property

Caused by a fungus, Ganoderma zonatum, the disease produces symptoms in the late stages of infection, requiring removal of the palm tree and surrounding soil. A UF/IFAS-developed diagnostic tool can catch early stages. Download here > Contact >

Researchers find genes responsible for several flavor compounds in strawberries

Study highlights the need for more on-the-job safety
