The Military Friendly Schools list recognizes the top 20 percent of colleges, universities and trade schools that do the most to embrace America’s armed service members, veterans and spouses as students and ensure their success on campus.
Hundreds of colleges and universities were surveyed from across the country on their policies related to military and veteran students, academic outcomes and military-supportive cultures among other factors.
Glen McDonald, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Economic Development at Gulf Coast State College said “Gulf Coast State College is very proud to work with our military, and the faculty and staff strive to provide the highest quality education that is affordable and accessible to active duty and veteran students.
