Christina Araujo was sentenced on Friday to 25 years in prison for the part she played in the 2018 murder of Aileen Seiden.
With the time she has already served, she will be in prison for the next 20 years.
Araujo and Zachary Abell were traveling from Texas to South Florida with Seiden, when they stopped in Eastpoint for a short stay.
Araujo and Abell then beat 30-year-old Aileen Seiden to death before dumping her body in an underdeveloped subdivision east of Eastpoint.
Abell and Araujo then drove to South Florida where they were later arrested in Broward County.
Araujo pled guilty last year to second-degree murder and testified against Zachary Abell at his trial in April.
Abell was sentenced to life in prison.
