This free community event is organized by 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶-𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗿 of Coastal Lotus, 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 of Healing Palms, and 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘄𝘀 of Inspire Yoga PSJ, bringing together a variety of teaching styles and wellness offerings in a welcoming, supportive environment. Throughout the day, you can participate in 30-minute mini sessions that allow you to explore different practices and discover what feels best for your body.
𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: • All-Levels Vinyasa Flow • Chair Yoga • Restorative Yoga • A Hatha & Chair Yoga combination session, demonstrating how poses can be adapted on the mat and with a chair
In addition to yoga, we will offer short introductions to 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, a system that provides insight into your personal energetic blueprint.
