July 19 Beach & Seafood Report - Click Here      July 19 Update - One of the State's five leased skimmer boats is reportedly located off the coast of Franklin County - on standby to protect sensitive inland water bodies. The location of the skimmer and the ongoing boom maintenance and planning by county emergency officials is testimony to the county's commitment to protecting the area's fragile shoreline. Persistent ESE to SE winds are forecast to continue through Wednesday with speeds of 10-15 kts.
