Franklin County Humane Society Pet of the Week

Meet Otis!  Otis is a 9 month old Lab/Terrier mix.  His huge ears and
smiling face has endeared him to the entire staff.  He wants to please
and has a grateful disposition.  Please come meet this fine fellow.  He's
very special!

VOLUNTEERS are desperately needed to socialize Otis and all
of the other dogs and cats.  We are always looking for people willing to
bring one of our animals into their home to be fostered for various
needs.  Anytime you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
